it just don't feel right

Ok, today I'm starting with some projects of mine. A couple of weeks ago I bought a cream shirt at secondhand shop, decided to cut out the collar and make it awesomeeee. I realized it looked kind of plain, so I grabbed some lace and ended the edges with it. It was really crucial to put the needle though the lace, then through the collar not touching the outer side, so that you won't be able to see any thread. This is how it looks like, to make the photo less boring, I gave you the duck face and 'peace backwards', enjoy :D

Also, i wanted to share with you my handmade earrings, which were less than a dollar really. It were made from a button and jewelry making stuff, which I have ton of, because of my old passion :)

Uuuuu, you can see my sewing machine here ^^ Maybe when my dress is ready I will show it to you, only need some small fixes, it's actually the first project i made on a mannequin. btw I'm starting to watch the project runway season 4, kind of cool people, there's this one woman, who is like odd in every way, passionate and stuff, of course was almost eliminated in the first episode...

Here you have the undone 'earrings', I cut off the wire loop attached to it and glued down this thing to make it an earring. Nice, easy and unexpensive :)
I'm not sure if you know, but since about 4 months ago I started to wear a hair bun almost everyday, I mean, really, I was wearing my hair down 3 times tops.... But the bun is perfect for summer, you don't have any hair falling on your face, or extra warmth coming from them. So through the passed 4 months I developed my bun to look like a perfect messy donut, I think I'm going to do a tutorial someday.... Not sure do I want so share this secret with the world....

My little Peorge Clooney had his 6th birthday on Saturday!!!

Loooove him to much (it's actually a she), the best thing is that the thing he is laying on used to be my bed, now I have two mattresses put together against the wall like the letter 'L' and they are so comfy I sleep on them now.  My cat spends most of his nights sleeping on my enormous ex-bed, which when you look at both of us, just looks ridiculous :] Well, this is what my Po does on a hot day, close up for the 'happy feet' :

 

So as you may realize from the quality of the photos, I kind of got a new camera from my dad. I told him earlier that I want to get a new camera for my birthday (12th September, i can't waiiit), so he told me he could get one from work for me to see if i like it. I loooove it, i had never had a serious camera like that. I'm planning to take some photos of the neighborhood, just play with it to see how am I doing being a hipster photographer. So here's some of the fun i had with it at night, the sight from my window, of course.

The thing i wanted to tell you is that my favorite scrapbooking site, is having it's 3rd birthday and they are organising a giveaway, the random chosen person, who wrote some birthday wishes on theur facebook site, gets a 500zł bill to spend in their shop. I would be fucking more than heaven to receive it!!!!! and there's this other secret prize, that goes to owner of the wishes that are the best :) Please, god, let me win it!!!!

fresh start

yeah.. this is awkward :)
well. I have finally got myslelf together and decided to make this a a blog for real. I'm going to show you lots of my crafting and art (are they not the same thing?) stuff, this was, is and will always be my passion - creating something, whatever it is. it's actually kind of weird I haven't written nearly anything about the fact that I spend almost every evening on doing something creative. it's a beautiful thing, sometimes it's hard for me to believe that some people don't have passions or ambitions, if I didn't have them I would just go crazy! anyways, the posts about my social or private life were kind of boring to me, not it's (maybe not) all about being creative and productive.

so today i picked up some gold wire from empik, remembering an awesome tutorial made by an awesome person, I made this

by the way, the woman, who released this video, is absolutely awesome! I just love the passion and ambition she puts in her projects and the tutorials are simply great! she kind of sounds like a child thou, kind of cute :)

also, it's summer vacation for me, so as you may know i go to bed at 4 a.m., which I'm not very proud of, I get up at about 2 p.m. then, so I feel like a shit.... well, not sleeping till it's starting to get brightly outside has it's charms, just look at the view from my window (apologies for the camera's quality)
